How to merge PDF files for free (no upload)

Need to send one PDF instead of five? You can join PDF files in a few seconds without installing anything or uploading your documents to a server.

Open the tool

Step by step

  1. Open the PDF tools and choose the Merge tab.
  2. Drop your PDF files onto the blue box, or press Choose files. You can add as many as you like.
  3. Put the files in order. Drag a card up or down, or use the arrow buttons.
  4. Optional: type a page range under a file, such as 1~3 or 2, 5, 7~, to use only some pages from it. Leave it empty to keep every page.
  5. Press the Merge button. The combined file is saved to your device as merged.pdf.

Good to know

  • Page ranges work in any order: 5~1 puts pages 5 to 1 in reverse.
  • The preview under each file shows exactly which pages will be used, and mistakes turn red before you merge.
  • Password-protected PDFs need to be unlocked first.

Is it safe?

Yes. The merge runs inside your own browser, in a sealed area with no internet access. Your PDFs are never sent to a server, so even confidential contracts and IDs stay on your device.
